01: Programs to reward loyalty
Samsung offers reward programs to encourage user loyalty within their ecosystem. The programs are tiered starting with a silver level which is free to join (automatic with sign-up).
The highest tier, and only pay-per-year subscription is VIP Advantage, which is $150 per year and provides 2-6x the points back compared to other tiers. It also gives members VIP priority care support, an exclusive support line and VIP-only representatives.
